Top 10 Christmas Horror Movies Pt. 1

Greetings once again to my fellow horror/paranormal readers! It's time for another blog and in the spirit of the holidays, I thought I would add a list of the top 10 Christmas horror movies that I found online (they are either Christmas themed or relate to Christmas in some form)... We all know Christmas is about the birth of our Savior, gift giving, spending time with our loved ones, Santa Claus, and now horror themed Christmas cinema. So in honor of this here is part 1 of infamous Christmas horror movies that are sure to horrify, revolt, frighten, and shock you for a very scary little Christmas... enjoy!

10. To All A Good Night (1980)

It's Christmas break at the Calvin Finishing School For Girls and the students are planning a big party while the president of the school is away. A group of boys show up and the fun begins! That is until a mysterious serial killer starts bumping off couples one by one. The police show up and promise to keep everyone safe, but they prove ineffectual against the crazed psycho killer. Could the killings have anything to do with the girl who was killed in an initiation stunt at the school a few years earlier?

9. Silent Night, Bloody Night (1974)

Wilford Butler returns home on Christmas Eve and his house has been turned into a mental institution for the criminally insane. But on the day of his return, he is purposely set on fire and dies. The town's people believe his death was an accident and the institution is later closed down. Wilford later leaves the house to his grandson, Jeffrey, in his will. A few years after, Jeffrey decides to sell the house and the town's people have mixed feelings on keeping people away from the house especially a serial killer who escapes from another institution and seeks refuge in the house. The killer makes frightening phone calls and kills anybody who comes near the house.

8. Don't Open 'Till Christmas (1984)

A murderer is running loose through the streets of London and hunting down men dressed as Santa and killing them all in different, extremely violent, and quite colorful fashions. Inspector Harris has decided to take on the seemingly impossible task of tracking down the psycopath, but he's going to have his work cut out for him. Only the suspicious reporter, Giles, seems to offer the inspector any promising leads.

7. Jack Frost (1996)

Serial killer is mutated physically and genetically in a car wreck on the way to his execution. After which, he becomes a murdering snowman hell-bent on revenge for the sheriff who caught him.

6. Santa Claws (1996)

A young man finds his divorced mother having sex with a man in a Santa Claus hat and shoots them both dead. Years later, now thinking he is Santa Claus, the man develops an obsession with an erotic film star named Raven and begins stalking her.

What is it and how do I know it's not just my imagination?

My 2nd post for the league of paranormal woman. Yey. You have no idea how long it took me to do this and figure it out. Ugh. I hope this post finds you in appropriate psychic time. CLAIRAUDIENCE We don't need to have dumbo ears in order to hear what our guides are telling us. The more I work as a psychic medium the more I learn about my individual gifts and watch them grow and expand. Before I started doing this work full time I never thought it was possible to develop one gift and add to another. I'm here to tell you we can all learn to use new gifts and grow every day. There isn't a lot written about clairaudience so I will share what I know in this brief newsletter. Clairaudience defined in one book "Is to perceive sounds or words when no person present is speaking or no article is causing the disturbance, sounds that are inaudible to the normal hearing range appear to come from "within the head" or from "out in the atmosphere". How many of you have heard your name called and turned around to find no one there? Most of you have experienced a solution to a problem or had a great idea just pop into your head with such clarity that you felt brilliant and couldn't understand why it eluded you before? Maybe you have heard people talking but when you looked at the radio or TV nothing was on? These are a few of the examples of how you may be experiencing your clairaudient gifts. To discern and trust the messages is a large part of the work. Many times clairaudience shows up as a thought, like a news flash in your head. It just pops right in. Most of the times people experience it as their own voice and therefore don't realize that this information may be your guides. Through meditation and opening up your throat chakra and paying attention to the energy behind these clairaudient messages you will learn how to discern from your guide's messages and your own thoughts with quickness and clarity. The other way I have learned clairaudience shows up is in the actual noises in our every day life. Don't' take for granted if one day you are noticing the birds singing more than normal. They are always singing, why are you noticing them this particular day? Why are they so loud? See if you can hear an answer. Recognizing and using this gift takes practice but can be learned and mastered. Don't be surprised if you experience ringing in one of your ears, or one of your ears becomes clogged or you have a scratchy throat while working on this particular gift. These are all signs that your ears, heart and throat are opening up to your clairaudient gifts. PRACTICE, PRACTICE AND MORE PRACTICE Games People Can Play I suggest you take a journal and write down on different pages questions that you may have. Give yourself a week and every day and night consciously ask your guides to give you the answers. Ask them to use your clairaudient gift to find the answers. Next pay attention and listen. Are there any sounds you are noticing more than usual? Are you hearing different people use a name repeatedly or a phrase or word? When you are in Trader Joes or Whole foods or wherever you shop, is there a particular song that you are hearing and feeling energetically drawn to? Did you wake up with a song in your head that you haven't heard in a day or so? If you do get songs run to the computer and look up the lyrics because the words in a song are usually a message for you. Keep notes about all the information you get and if one word feels like it fits to one question more than another, write it down on that page with the question. Don't try to make sense of it just yet. Give yourself the week to fill up those pages. Then at the end of the week sit down with your journal, meditate for about 10 minutes and clear your mind. Open up your throat chakra by seeing a sky blue light. Open it up like a room and paint each side of your throat a beautiful sky blue. Write your name on each wall. Own this space. Take 3 breaths into this area and see the energy of the blue opening up your throat charka clearly and with loving energy. Then ask your guides each question and see if they throw a word or phase at you. Write them down on a different page. Trust what you hear. Don't worry if it's your imagination. After you are done, compare the notes from this exercise to the notes you have been taking all week and see if you can find the answers. If you don't have the answer just yet, don't worry...you are well on your way. Again thank you for letting me share my little tools. It's important for me in my work to empower you.
