Throw Back Thursday a VERY Merry GenX Christmas!!

I

Happy Throwback Thursday my fiends! Anyone else remember GenX Christmas'? Did it go something like this...

I call this photo a VERY MERRY GENX CHRISTMAS because you didn't say "holiday season" back then. So in this photo is my aunt Jane Fleming , she is the pregnant one. I think she was PG with my cousin Joanna. I'm sitting in front and I was quite sick with the stomach flu (great place for me to be sitting, next to the pregnant lady). I also am drinking a cup of eggnog and what A refreshing drink for someone with the stomach flu. The dog I'm petting is Flo of the 'Kiss my Grits' fandom. Behind is my sister. And I think the Christmas tree is the one that we all bundle up, tromped through a forest and picked out a tree, cut it down and dragged it to the car. Later when we went to put it Up my step dad cut the bottom too short. My mom didn't like it, yelling ensued, a tree went flying out the back door, and we had a fake tree that year...

It really was funny and traumatizing times, hoho-haha. GenerationX the FERAL Generation!!! And PROUD of it, we earned it.

Till next time!
